- No, classroom phone do not allow external transfers
6. What does the “Page” button do?
- This feature actives the phone’s built in intercom system. When active, it will broadcast audio to all phones in the selected page group.
7. How do I page an entire group?
- Select the “Page” button on the LCD portion of the phone
- Use the arrow keys to search desired paging location
- Press the “OK” button to select the desired page location
- Lift handset and speak
8. What does the “DND” (Do Not Disturb) button do?
- When selected this feature will deny all incoming calls and send them directly to voicemail.
9. How do I access a directory of names?
- Select the “Menu” button on the lower right-hand side of the LCD
- Use the arrow keys to navigate to “Directory”
- Select the “OK” button
